We strive to deliver to all Australian Postcodes, however there are certain postcodes that we may be unable to deliver to. In such cases, we will refund your money. In some cases, we may be able to deliver to the remote areas by adding additional shipping cost depending on the carrier charges. We will let you know if that’s the case once your order is submitted to us.

Dispatch is usually within 1-3 business days and Estimated Delivery 2-11 business days in Australia – Please note they may be slight delays due to COVID-19.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a full refund or store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed or unavailable.

Returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange on the condition that

  • goods are returned in their original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets/packaging attached
  • return postage is the responsibility of the buyer

Change of mind

From time to time, customers will decide to return products because they simply change their mind. We are able to accept and process these returns within 14 days after the items are delivered. Post that mandatory restocking fee of 25% is deducted to the refund amount for any product returned. The restocking fee applies to product return and product exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure the product is well packaged to avoid shipping damages. Please note that the Bebcare Mat baby movement sensor mat is NON-RETURNABLE. There is a 12 months warranty on all Bebcare Products.

Upon delivery of the returned items, any item/s will be inspected for quality control, in the event that the product has been opened or not in its original packaging, the Change of Mind return request will be voided.
Change of Mind requests outside of 14 days may be subject to additional shipping charges and restocking fees.

Damaged Goods

Please check your goods upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours should the item be damaged or faulty. Where possible, keep the original packaging. Please contact us via the contact page for all returns.

Proof of the fault or damage may be requested which may include emailing photographs in order to allow us to evaluate your claim and arrange suitable replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
